Meet our session's speakers
Megan Newman is a licensed California attorney and serves as Associate General Counsel at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. Vistage is the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize business leaders with locations in 35 countries and over 45,000 members worldwide. Her experience includes international mergers and acquisitions and related company integration on both the buy and sell side; contract and international license agreement drafting, negotiating and review.
Olly Atkin is a Head of Enterprise Sales at Summize and brings extensive expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to in-house legal teams and general counsels. As one of the company's earliest sales hires, he helped lead Summize's global expansion, including opening its Boston office in 2023 and San Diego office in 2025. Olly’s vast understanding of CLM stems from years of delivering digital transformation projects for some of the UK's largest law firms and selling to both start-ups and enterprise companies across EMEA and the US.
